Best Chinese food on the Avenue. Prices are reasonable, quantity good, friendly service. The restaurant is tiny, but I like to eat in when in the area. Atmosphere is that of a take out restaurant but the great food makes up for it.Back here again 9/4/19. Lunch was spare ribs, pork fried rice and chicken rice soup. Yummy! Just added another star for great lunch today!!

BEST Chinese around! This place has it all, fast and friendly service, low prices, *coupons* and real quality food! Delivery is always fast, even at busy times. Definitely recommend the bourbon chicken and steamed dumplings, but they do everything really well. I have become a loyal customer of this Chinese restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Chinese meal!

Portion sizes and looks were as expected, but of the 8 different things ordered, every single item was flavorless. The only thing to taste as expected was the white rice.

I ordered 2 combos, a soup, a pint of chop suey & an egg roll. I checked it once outside. I was short 1 egg roll. I went in to tell them and the owner/manager lady was rude. I said, "you don't have to be rude, I won't come back". She told me what the cashier had charged me for... Still being rude. Here, the cashier thought I wanted the soup instead of the egg roll. They ended up giving me the egg roll free. The food isn't even that good. My sesame chicken was so dry & bad tasting with cheap chicken pieces with gristle. I didn't finish it. We don't go there unless we have to. Only when we want Chinese and other place is not open. Maybe not even then, now this has happened. 😡

Excellent food, fast service. Highly recommend for a quality Chinese meal. Comes in a reusable contained to reheat and delivery driver was very polite. Eat here!

Me and my boyfriend have ordered here previously several times with no issues. Tonight however I found two black bugs in my rice. My boyfriend called and asked to speak to a manager to explain what I found and they became extremely defensive and rude. We were told to bring back all of the food, which we did. Upon bringing everything back we were told that they were "our bugs" and they would not give us a refund. My boyfriend threatened to call the police because it was obvious they knew the bugs had come from their restaurant as one of the employees said "those aren't the kind of bugs we have" eluding to the fact that they do have bugs there. Once we called their bluff they gave us a refund. Horrible customer service and apparently awful health standards. I will be reporting them to the BBB. I posted pictures in the photo section.

The food is excellent, the portions are fair, and the price is right! Also they tossed in a bag of crab Rangoons and wrote free on it! I have no idea why they did that, but thankyou. You may have my business.

Chicken teriyaki is amazing. Curry chicken is very very good. Friendly staff.

I’ve been ordering here for years. Pretty cheap pricing and decent food and you get a good quantity. Delivery is fast and friendly - they’ll call if they are lost or running late. It’s definitely just a takeout joint

This was the worst Chinese food we've EVER had!!! The portions were small....fried rice tasted like OLD grease....and the egg drop soup tasted like fish!?!😏 Ordered by phone....and couldn't find the place because their sign was broken and the cashier said it had been for 6 months!?! Take some pride in your business...or shut it down!!!

Chinasea bellevue told me 45 min to an hr... Then delivered it In 33 mins... & it was excellent, they are legitimate.

The standard Chinese take out joint - selection, portions, prices, all what you'd expect. The food is good enough to make this place the best such option in the Avalon/Bellevue area. The 'ambiance', however, is sketchy. Not that you're eating there, but there is little-to-no effort to make it look like anything more than a storage locker with a kitchen (which is also fairly standard for this type of place).

The general Tso chicken had absolutely NO taste, and was rather dry. The fried rice was good, too many onions.. wont be back, cant figure y they were so busy. Was worst Chinese I think I ever had!

Out of the many Chinese takeout places in the neighborhood, China Sea is fast, delicious and cheap! I’ve usually ordered from Dragon Town in the past, but gave China Sea a try recently. They’re pretty good and worth a try if you want to break a routine and order elsewhere.

I order here all the time with me and my gf and we both love this place over a many other places in Pittsburgh

Great take out don't let way it looks cool you the food is excellent

Great take out place. There are a few booths if you wish to eat in, but its better in front of your TV watching your favorite show with General Tso's.

Used to eat here often, however was just informed they have severely reduced their delivery radius due to "security concerns." I live in one of the safest neighborhoods in the city, so I'm not sure what that's really supposed to mean. Disappointed, and certainly won't be eating here anymore.

Very tasty food and friendly people.

I ordered chicken show mein, vegetable fried rice and egg rolls. Delivery was earlier than they said it would be, and the driver was very nice. However, the food was terrible. I thought chow mein would be a safe bet. Wrong. I didn't like anything about any of this. Nowhere near the quality of Chan's nor Sesame Inn.

They always so cool and nice the food is fantastic.. They go out of the way for me I'm disabled and no other places come to my house love y'all...

My favorite Chinese takeout ever (I still visit despite having moved away from Bellevue). They make everything rich and indulgent, and they make it fast. I love the shrimp with broccoli, lo mein, garlic broccoli, crab rangoon, and shrimp toast. I can't vouch for other items, but the quality seems very consistent once you figure out your favorites.

Food was amazing, and decent prices

We ordered from here for the first time last night. My boyfriend ordered the shrimp lo mein and now he has food poisoning and has been getting sick all morning! We will never be eating here again.

Ordered a variety of soups on this cold winter's day to soothe a house full of family down with the flu. The wanton and house special soups were a standout, as was the chicken mei fun. All prepared to order and promptly. Next visit: egg foo young.

First time trying here. Reviews and the lack of pictures made it a chance to try but overall not bad at all. The chicken with broccoli was on par with any other local Chinese joint in the surroundings areas. Unfortunately the chicken fried rice was not very flavorful and I wouldn’t recommend it. Looking forward to trying other dishes there.

This place is completely ridiculous, my job places orders with them all the time, the portions are small but the food is alright. I live up the straight from my place of work less then a 7min walk, So when I tried to place an order at home I was denied because apparently they don’t order to my area in which that’s a lie. I called to speak to someone and the women that picked up tried to argue with me. SHE hanged up on me and then I had to call back to ask for her name and she asked me why, Then hanged up on me again. I will be going down there personally and report this restaurant.

Our go to when we want Chinese food really fast. Love their egg foo young, pork fried rice, and my husband loves their General Tso's
